Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account, accessing a preview, uploading a prototype, connecting an MCP client, using the API or CLI, or otherwise using QuickProto, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use QuickProto on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and Organizations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, sessions, API keys, OAuth approvals, and devices. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.
Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing members, invitations, access levels, billing, project settings, preview visibility, and any content uploaded by their teams.
Your Content
You keep ownership of prototypes, bundles, screenshots, project materials, comments, prompts, summaries, and other content you upload or create in QuickProto. You grant us the rights needed to host, store, copy, display, scan, process, transmit, and otherwise operate that content as necessary to provide and secure the service.
You represent that you have all rights needed to upload and share your content, and that your content does not violate law, infringe third-party rights, expose secrets you are not authorized to share, or contain malicious code.
Preview Links and Collaboration
QuickProto creates hosted preview links for product review and collaboration. Depending on project settings, previews may be public, private, organization-only, or invite-only. You are responsible for choosing the right visibility setting and for controlling who receives shared links.
Comments, mentions, screenshots, version history, and notifications are provided to support review workflows. You must not use these features to harass others, disclose confidential information without permission, or misrepresent approvals.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse QuickProto, including by attempting to bypass security controls, access another user account or organization, overload infrastructure, distribute malware, scan or scrape the service without permission, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity.
You must not upload production secrets, payment card data, regulated health data, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless you have confirmed in writing that QuickProto is appropriate for that use.
API, CLI, and MCP Use
QuickProto may provide API keys, CLI tools, and hosted MCP OAuth connections so coding agents and editors can publish prototypes. You are responsible for actions taken through your credentials, clients, automations, and connected agents.
We may apply rate limits, upload limits, authentication checks, token expiry, scanning, and other controls to protect the service. You must not share API keys publicly or use automation to evade plan limits or security protections.
Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
Some features are free, and others require a paid plan. Paid plans, billing intervals, limits, and included features are described in the product or checkout flow. Billing is processed by Stripe, and your use of payment features may also be subject to Stripe terms.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for managing your plan and payment method. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required.
Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, limits, preview retention, or the service as a whole. We try to keep QuickProto reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of source code, assets, production applications, and other important materials. QuickProto is a collaboration and preview service, not a primary source-code repository or backup system.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using QuickProto at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or if continued service would be unlawful or impractical.
After termination, we may delete or disable access to account data, projects, previews, comments, credentials, and uploaded content according to our retention practices and legal obligations.
Disclaimers and Liability
QuickProto is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickProto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Changes, Contact, and Privacy
We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and take additional steps where legally required. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. For questions about these Terms, contact legal@quick-proto.co.uk.
